Returns & Exchanges

At Arttd’inox, we strive to ensure every stainless steel masterpiece meets your expectations; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the original invoice to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order ID.

  Quality Inspection

  Once your request is approved, pack the product securely in its original Arttd’inox box; our courier partner will conduct a preliminary check during the scheduled pickup.

• 3.
  Return Transit

  Your package will be shipped back to our central warehouse where our artisans and quality control team will perform a final assessment to ensure the product is in its original condition.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Upon successful inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, or a replacement will be dispatched as per your preference.
